As a second-generation photographer with over 30 years of experience and an accredited member of the Professional Photographers of Canada (PPOC), photography is more than just a career—it’s in his blood. It has fueled his passion and defined his life’s path in ways he is deeply grateful for. Subbu’s journey began in India as a photojournalist covering international sports and major events before moving to Calgary in 2015 to launch Subbupix Photography and PlaySnap Photography Services. Since then, he has captured diverse genres, from News Stories to weddings and fashion to sports and commercial campaigns, while expanding into videography, 360-degree photography, and drone videography. These skills allow Subbu to create immersive visuals that bring every story to life.
