Pre-Session Styling Consultation

My goal is to have each and every client experience a unique and personalized photography session as well as create for you, final family photographs that are exactly what you are looking for! All portrait photography sessions are carefully planned and fully designed to suit your needs. To better understand your goals for the session, I will provide a pre-session styling and concept consultation to discuss your vision and offer suggestions based on what you are looking for in your final images.

During the consultation we will discuss location options, the style of the session and wardrobe to ensure we are capturing you as your authentic self! We will also talk about what you are hoping to do with the final images. Are you wanting to have wall art for a particular room or hallway in your home or perhaps a keepsake album for your coffee table? Our conversation will help me get to know you better and to ensure that I can plan a session that is tailored just for you!

The Portrait Session

With over 14 years experience photographing family portraits and working with small children means that I’m prepared for the unexpected and know how to work efficiently while still keeping your family session fun. Your family photography session is meant to be a joyful time for your family, not something you’re dreading. I’m confident in my ability to make your family photoshoot run as smoothly as possible and promise you that you are in good hands! Whether you have decided to have your family photos taken in studio or at an outdoor location, let’s transform fleeting moments into tangible memories that you’ll cherish for years to come.

Viewing and Ordering Appointment

This is the exciting moment when you get to view the best images from your portrait photography session! This appointment will take place approximately 2 weeks after your session. Zoom ordering appointments are available by request for clients living outside of the city of Calgary.

Your viewing and ordering appointment will take place at my studio where you will be presented with the best images from your session projected onto a large 65” 4K screen. We will then review the images individually so that you can select your favourites and make some final decisions on how many images you would like to purchase. You will also have the opportunity at this point to preview and touch all the incredible products my studio offers.

It is important that all those family members participating in the photography session do set the time aside to come in to view and select their favourite images at this appointment. Delivery of Your Images

All purchased products will be available for pick up within 4 weeks of your order being placed. Any digital files ordered will be delivered via direct download.

It is not uncommon to have clients return year after year. They recognize that their children are growing up quickly and value a visual documentation through professional photographic artwork. I will always do my best to create images that co-ordinate with past sessions, so that you can build onto what we’ve already created together. This will help to keep your images fresh and evolving just like your family.
